This shot has been used by the Spanish Supermarket chain Eroski to illustrate an article in their on0line magazine about cruise ships.
The trouble is they never asked me first.......

Could you say that while you are pleased that they have chosen one of your shots to use, perhaps next time they could ask your permission first as you do have a creative commons license?
